Sam brings over 30 years of production and account management experience to BKM Marketing. A fanatic about service quality, Sam manages our network of service partners and ensures that our client's expectations are met or surpassed. Beginning his career in retail banking, Sam had his first experience with a system core conversion as a Head Teller for Springfield Institution for Savings (SIS) in 1985. The process for both customers and bank personnel was far from smooth, but little did he know that 17 years later, he would develop a process for ensuring that core conversions run much more effectively. In 2002, Sam managed his first bank merger campaign and realized that in addition to his passion for printing and mailing, that he was also a “data geek”. Combing through core processor data dumps and finding irregularities, exceptions to the rule, and other data issues that can wreak havoc with a data consolidation process, was actually fun for him. Fast forward to 2021 and dozens of bank merger and system core conversion projects later, Sam still enjoys the challenge of perfecting data and personally manages the data consolidation process for every merger campaign BKM executes.
